Our tech based client is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to be a key leader in the controllers organization.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accounting and financial reporting.
• Lead a team of managers and individual contributors.
• Partner closely with Commission Operations, Marketing, Technology, Credit, FP&A, Legal, Tax, Financial Reporting, other Accounting teams.
• Lead the accounting impact and solution design for various business initiatives impacting sales incentives.

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience with 3 years of public accounting.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technical and operational accounting.
• Proven ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Understanding of large-scale data mining and project reporting tools (Essbase, SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx, Jira) is a plus.
