Growing SaaS company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager. Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will ensure timely monthly closes, drive process improvements in the accounting processes and in the Company's accounting systems. The ideal candidate enjoys rolling up their sleeves, jumping into the financial weeds, and being a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee GL team.
• Oversee preparation of journal entries, analysis, reconciliation and reporting.
• Develop and prepare financial reports.
• Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results.
• Liaise with all the stakeholders in relation to annual audit activities and strategy.
• Review and analyze inter-company transactions.
• Development and maintenance of internal procedures and processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required, CPA required
• 8+ years' accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Public accounting experience required.
• Experienced in Excel.
