Senior Accounting Manager (f/m/d) - Chocolate Confectionary/Munich

You will oversee the accounting for our rapidly expanding company, joining us at a pivotal moment as we elevate our financial management alongside our business growth. We're looking for someone who thrives on being hands-on while also enjoying the challenge of developing future-focused structures. In this role, you will report directly to the CFO and work closely with Controlling/FP&A.
These will be your responsibilities:

• You are responsible to take our accounting processes and organization to the next level. This includes the transfer to an ERP system, start of financial consolidation and preparation for annual audits
• You are responsible for the execution of the preparatory bookkeeping for our group companies while beeing supported by back staff.
• You are responsible for the delivery of monthly and annual closing of financial statements and relevant data as a basis for reporting and planning.
• You are responsible for payments and collections of payables.
• Your main stakeholders will be Controlling/P&A, Sales, Operations Management.

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Financial Management
• At least 5-year relevant work experience in a fast-growing business, whereby you have taken a responsible role in building up processes and organisation in accounting
• Strong knowledge of HGB, IFRS and in financial consolidation
• Preferably experience to work in an ERP environment and with Spendesk
• Experiences in leading a team
• Native German speaker and business fluent English.
