• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and promptly in SAP, with thorough review for correct coding, necessary supporting documentation, and approvals
• Perform reconciliations of vendor statements and relevant transactions to guarantee precision in aging reports
• Address vendor queries and work in tandem with the Procurement team and vendors to investigate, reconcile and amend discrepancies on vendor accounts
• Examine and manage employees' expense reports using Concur
• Assist the AP team in assorted projects and duties as required

• College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Background in Accounts Payable role with a minimum of 3 years experience demonstrates professionalism along with meticulous attention to details
• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with Concur
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana and Zendesk or other ticketing systems
• Showcase of robust problem-solving abilities and understanding of fundamental accounting principles
• Capability to perform autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
• Competency in managing time and organizing efficiently
• Eagerness to embrace new systems, processes, and skill development
• Fluent English language skills at a B2+ proficiency level
