YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a liaison between the program office teams and contracting units during the acquisition planning phase from the identification of a requirement through acquisition package submission to contracting unit; remain proactive and adaptable to address program office needs within agencies dynamic environment
• Assist with the development of acquisition plans, ensuring all elements are completed and thorough
• Assist in requirement generation and Statement of Work (SOW) development
• Provide strategies for implementing performance-based contracting and acquisition streamlining

YOU BRING:

• Top Secret clearance
• 12+ years of Federal Contracting Experience and a Bachelor's degree

ALSO IDEAL:

• FAC-C or DAWIA Level III Certification in Contracting or equivalent
• Experience as a Federal, Warranted Contracting Officer
