About project: Adsession is rapidly expanding, connecting publishers with the biggest advertisers in the industry. Our goal is to grow into a leading Ad-Network, and we're looking for a Senior Advertiser Manager who can help us achieve that vision.

• Platform Expert: You have hands-on experience with Ad-Server platforms.
• Market Insight: You have a keen understanding of ad formats and their market values.
• Ad Format Expertise: You're well-versed in various ad formats such as popunders, interstitials, prerolls, banners, natives, inpage push banners, tabs, and video sliders.

What You'll Do:

• Discover New Opportunities: Identify and secure new direct advertisers to fuel our growth.
• Sell Strategically: Leverage the ads provided by our Publishers Department to drive sales and revenue.
• Optimize Collaborations: Work closely with the Publishers Department to fine-tune deals for peak performance.
• Manage Accounts: Oversee advertiser accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Network Globally: Represent Adsession at international conferences, expanding our reach and influence.
• Innovate Constantly: Seek out new ad formats and revenue streams to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Analytical skills: Being master in analysis of current deals and preparing of reports.

Considered an advantage:

• Vertical Experience: Experience working with betting, casino, and nutra industries.

This position can be remote or office (Cyprus, Limassol) based.
