Job Description:
Senior Advisors for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the US (HQ: Chicago, IL). Plan IT projects with focus on supporting development for software applications and cloud migration/transformation. Develop business cases and financial feasibility of cloud migrations. Develop cloud operating models. Facilitate customer communications and cutover. Partner internally with senior management and consult externally with industry specialists. Act as a subject matter expert and provide IT recommendations on areas of the business that require in-depth analysis on multi-faceted dimensions, including compliance analysis for IT projects. Provide in-depth internal consultation on data analysis and make recommendations impacting IT products, services, and processes. Participate in financial analysis for IT service negotiations. Serve as technical subject matter expert on designing and developing high performance, scalable, and flexible applications. Technical environment: AWS, Agile, MS Project, MS Visio, Tableau; PowerBI, SQL, Cloudability, JIRA, Rally, Confluence, BizzDesign.
Job Requirements:
*Master's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or in IT project planning required. Skills required: planning cloud transformation projects; IT project compliance analysis; IT service negotiations financial analysis; business case development; financial feasibility of cloud migration analysis; cloud operating model development; customer communications and cutover; Cloudability; AWS; Agile; MS Project; MS Visio; Tableau; PowerBI; SQL; JIRA; Rally; Confluence. 100% telecommuting permitted. (*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered or in IT project planning also acceptable).
