Senior Advisor

GCyber is seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to manage a program supporting US Army intelligence and security operations critical to mission success. As the Senior Advisor you will provide high-level guidance and expert consultation to drive innovation, integration, and operational excellence within the organization.
As the Senior Advisor, you will:
 

• Offer advice on programs, plans, and technologies with an emphasis on integrating emerging capabilities across the Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend strategic enhancements to streamline operations and improve the operational environment.
• Analyze operational gaps and recommend innovative solutions that align with Army G-2 and DNI priorities.
• Provide forward-looking assessments of future operational needs, focusing on Army modernization goals.
• Guide the development and implementation of intelligence strategies to support multi-domain operations.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
 

• Active DoD Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 15 – 20 years of experience in Intelligence management or consultation.
• Experience across disciplines like SIGINT, HUMINT, or Multi-Domain Operations (MDO).
• Background in planning synchronization meetings and stakeholder coordination.
• Previous experience supporting US Army INSCOM or other defense intelligence experience preferred.
