OVERVIEW

Senior Advisor Associates assist Financial Advisors, Senior Financial Advisors, and Principals in providing services to our clients. As such, a Senior Advisor Associate will cover a wide range of responsibilities while working under the direction of those individuals across HBKS' Mid-Atlantic Region. The Mid-Atlantic region includes our King of Prussia, PA, our Conshohocken, PA, our Holmdel, NJ, and our Long Island, NY offices. So limited travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance strongly preferred.
  • 10 years of previous experience as a licensed individual supporting a financial advisory firm or as a financial advisor/planner.
  • Series 7, 63 & 65, or 66 and insurance licenses strongly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise local client service support, advisor associates, and day-to-day regional office
  • Supervise all efforts associated with managing the day-to-day business of client account management, compliance, trade support, and communications.

  • Ensure we deliver exceptional client experience for prospects, clients, business partners and
  • Interact with the team's financial planning and wealth management clients, scheduling meetings, responding to issues, and handling requests.
  • Periodically meet with clients alongside financial advisors or senior financial
  • Correspond regularly with clients, home office staff, broker-dealer, and custodian representatives on a range of team management and client service matters.
