GHD is looking for talented and technically adept individuals to develop with our growing Advisory Group, with a focus on Computerized Maintenance Management and Enterprise Asset Management Systems (CMMS/EAMS). This position can be based out of our Houston, TX or Charlotte, NC offices.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Lead CMMS configuration to support defined processes and data requirements
- Lead and document the system implementation, system integration, and data migration plans
- Develop reports and custom dashboards through native system or via SQL (or other query language), and PowerBI, Crystal Reports, or other reporting tool
- Manage the execution of User Acceptance Testing, which includes the development of the testing plan and test scripts to ensure the configured system meets business practice requirements
- Develop training plans, training materials, and provide training to clients on implemented solutions
- Provide technical guidance to other members of the project team
- Provide excellent technical support to clients
- Perform other duties, as needed
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum 5 years' experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating CMMS/EAMS software leverage Cityworks platform.
- Proven capability in System Design, Implementation, Integration, Documentation, Testing, and Training
- Experience with Spatial and Non-Spatial database design
- Strong data analysis and technical problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI, Crystal Reports)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills
- Periodic travel (10-15%) is required
