Job Description
Effective Project Management is critical to supporting Payzer's fast paced product development and is a key role in the Technology group. Reporting to the CTO you will help support the processes behind the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Payzer's product line.

As a Senior Agile Project Manager you will:
- Work with a cross-functional team to drive initiatives from inception to delivery
- Manage, refine and evangelize our Agile Delivery process
- Work in close collaboration with the Office of Product Management to facilitate grooming of the backlog and planning work into deliverable components.
- Enable predictability by monitoring productivity, managing team capacity and feeding that back into the planning phase
- Maintain and present current status report of the projects, archiving previous reports
- Monitor the Work in Progress (WiP) and facilitate the removal of impediments
- Provide retrospective insights by analyzing historical data available and present it for reference of senior officials and the team members on the project
- Conduct training sessions for the team members and explain to them using the agile methods being leveraged
Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in:
- Understanding of SDLC models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices with the ability to find the right blend to fit a project and business environment
- A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. PMP preferred
- Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 5-10 team members including Engineers, Analysts, Product Managers and QA Personnel
- Balanced business/technical background

Qualifications:
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
- Utilized a variety of Agile Project Management tools tools such as Jira, Confluence and Basecamp
- SaaS Experience Preferred
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and technology individuals at all levels including the executive level
