Your Role and Responsibilities

• Practices or deployment such as MLOPS for monitoring and maintaining AI models in production ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from development to production.
• Principles of Software Engineering including Agile Development
• Mission in a multidisciplinary team and to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Communication of complex technical concepts in a clear and pedagogical manner thus facilitating knowledge transfer.
• Analysis and synthesis resolution of complex problems
• Direct contribution to innovative and strategic projects
• Stimulating work environment where knowledge sharing and continuous learning are encouraged and valued
• Collaboration with experts from various fields and participation in enriching transversal initiatives

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• AI experience mandatory
• Exprimented as Tech Lead who has put applications into production
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning (ML LLM) Natural Language Processing (NLP) Deep Learning Neural Networks and other relevant AI domains
• Programming languages ​​(Python) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch)
• Fluent in both English and Romanian
