What You'll Be Doing:

• Discussing and debang architecture strategies to achieve soluons for our customers.

• Helping and improving the team to achieve unparalleled technical producvity reliability and simplicity.

• Lead in developing and sustaining automated test suites diving deep into debugging producon issues

• design and developing load tests benchmarks tools and procedures to make it reliable.

• Help and nurture engineers on the team guiding them to scale new heights in their careers.

• Evaluate and deploy essenal soware tools processes and metrics.

• Acvely contribute to CloudWalk's engineering-wide iniaves.

What You Need To Succeed:

• Has operated crical infrastructure and partnered with renowned cloud providers (like GCP AWS

• terraform).

• Possesses excellent knowledge of Relaonal Databases SQL NoSQL ORM technologies and principally

• Rust ecosystem.

• Has some knowledge of the Brazilian payments ecosystem (installments SPI SPB CIP etc.).

• Is proficient in developing soware using Rust.

• Communicates outstandingly well.

• Advanced English communicaon skills primarily for internal communicaon with our diverse

• mulnaonal team.
