Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced algorithms researcher with a proven track record in computer vision and machine learning, as well as general computer engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience as a backend engineer focused on ML-based systems.
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL, including complex query optimization.
• Deep expertise with Docker and container orchestration for on-premises environments.
• Experience working in a Linux environment.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and system integration.
• Proven experience with GPU-accelerated systems.
• Solid experience in deploying and maintaining on-prem solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
• Experience with JavaScript/Angular is a plus.
• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field from a recognized university.
• Proven experience in image/video processing, and computer vision systems.
• Track record as a team leader.
• Expertise with CI/CD tools (GitLab pipelines, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and engineer ML-based systems from design to deployment.
• Build and maintain scalable, on-premises software solutions.
• Implement and optimize data processing and management pipelines.
• Design and manage efficient queries and ensure optimal database performance.
• Develop robust backend solutions integrating multiple algorithms from the AI team.
• Lead efforts to measure and accelerate system performance, including multithreading and parallel processing.
• Document processes and provide clear technical guidance for the engineering team.
