What will you do? • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models across real-world applications, from experimentation to production. • Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases. • Develop advanced NLP applications using techniques like semantic search, entity recognition, text classification, and summarization. • Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, ensuring reproducibility and scalability. • Implementretrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows to improve the performance and context-awareness of LLMs. • Contribute to the architecture ofintelligent agent systems • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to integrate AI components into customer-facing applications. • Stay on the cutting edge of AI research and translate insights into practical solutions. What skills will you need? • Proven hands-on experience as an AI Engineer, delivering production-grade models and applications. • Solid background in NLP techniques and real-world use cases. • Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.). • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks • Experience with semantic search, RAG pipelines, • Familiarity with agent systems, prompt engineering • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
