The Opportunity:

As we expand our AI team, Collectiv is in search of a Senior AI & ML Consultant with a specialized focus on OpenAI and Azure ML technologies. This individual should not only be deeply versed in the technical aspects of AI and ML but also exhibit strategic insight that aligns with our client-centric approach. You will be instrumental in leading innovative AI projects, delivering actionable insights, and elevating our clients' capabilities through the power of AI and ML.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement sophisticated AI and ML solutions utilizing OpenAI and Azure ML platforms.
• Guide the complete lifecycle of high-impact AI initiatives, from conceptualization to deployment.
• Develop strategic AI roadmaps and advise on implementation frameworks and industry best practices.
• Convert complex business requirements into robust AI solutions, fostering growth and a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to weave AI functionalities into broader technological and business initiatives.
• Facilitate educational sessions and thought leadership workshops to bolster AI literacy and adoption.
• Maintain a cutting-edge understanding of AI trends, especially regarding OpenAI and Azure ML innovations.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8+ years in AI and ML consulting, with significant exposure to OpenAI and Azure ML.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering. A PhD is strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge in machine learning, neural networks, and constructing AI models.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
• Demonstrated experience with deploying large-scale AI solutions, especially in cloud environments.
• Adept at tackling complex problems in fast-paced, multifaceted settings.
• Stellar communication abilities and a track record of leading successful client-centric projects.
• The candidate must share a commitment to fairness and bias mitigation. This includes actively identifying, assessing, and addressing potential areas where AI bias may occur and employing techniques for unbiased algorithmic decision-making.
