We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior AI Software Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence to lead the development and integration of advanced AI solutions into our products. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality, scalable AI. Models and collaborating with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of AI in software development. Your work will focus on building cutting-edge applications leveraging Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI to deliver exceptional experiences and solutions to our users.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that drive product features, improve user engagement, and enhance decision-making processes
• Work with engineering teams across products, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and best practices in AI and software development to deliver innovative, robust solutions
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, UX, and development teams to define and implement AI features, ensuring seamless integration of AI systems across various products and services
• Optimize AI models and pipelines for scalability, reliability, and performance in production environments
• Stay updated on advancements in AI, conduct research, and prototype new approaches to maintain a competitive edge and apply the latest technologies to real-world challenges.
• Ensure code quality and reliability through code reviews, testing and adherence to development standards and best practices.

Skills & Competencies:

• Machine learning, deep learning and statistical modeling
• AI/ML algorithms and frameworks
• Architectural understanding of scalable architectures and system designs
• Cloud and infrastructure platform knowledge, including cost and performance optimization
• NLP techniques

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field
• 6+ years experience in software engineering
• Extensive knowledge of AI/ML models and their application to software development
• Proficiency in ML frameworks, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for large-scale AI deployments
• Proven track record in deploying machine learning models in production environments and optimizing AI solutions for real-world applications
• Strong communication skills with an ability to translate complex technical topics into strategic business insights for a range of stakeholders
• Ability to work with multifunctional, global teams in a fast-paced setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making and the capability to tackly complex challenges creatively and effectively
