Job Summary

 RPA is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Analytics + Insights team. You’ll be responsible for setting up the data systems required to evaluate media performance as well as analysis and reporting.

Your day-to-day work will entail a mixture of project-based work, regular reporting, and strategic thinking. You’ll closely collaborate with multi-functional internal teams (analysts, accounts media planning, brand strategy, digital strategy) as well as partner agencies. We are looking for someone who can advance RPA’s data capabilities and take advantage of multiple data sources to find and tell the story behind the numbers.

What You’ll Be Working On 

  • Gather, clean, reconciliate, categorize, automate, and analyze data from multiple media channels (video, display, social, etc.)
  • Work with a people-based marketing and measurement platform to facilitate data integration, identity resolution, and audience segmentation
  • Create, maintain, and update digital media performance dashboards, leveraging the agency-licensed data visualization software (Tableau)
  • Perform sales match back analysis on media campaigns and build benchmarks
  • Manage mutli-touch attribution setup (work with MTA vendor to flag and map new campaigns)
  • Gather marketing mix modeling inputs and run scenarios
  • Create campaign performance reports and present insights to internal and client teams
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to better understand data patterns and/or explore key hypothesis (evaluating audiences, placements, targeting tactics, etc.)
  • Design and implement measurement plans that outline campaign reporting schedules, as well as short-and long-term KPIs

How You’ll Excel In Your Role 

  • Experience with SQL or similar language aimed at querying relational databases
  • Advanced data manipulation skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Domo, Power BI, etc.)
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modeling
  • Experience with digital analytics tools and/or reporting: CM360, Facebook, GA, etc.
  • Genuine zest for numbers/analytics
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Clear and straightforward communicator
  • Eager to learn new skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects, in a deadline-sensitive environment, maintaining quality and data integrity
  • BA/BS, preferably in Economics, Business, Applied Math, Statistics, Media Communications, Computer or Information Science.

This is an exempt position and is not eligible for overtime compensation. 

The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $3,750 - $4,000 with an annualized equivalent of $90,000 - $96,000.
