The Opportunity

Adobe Digital Insights (ADI) is the acknowledged leader in real time economic and digital experience insights. We provide top clients and top-tier press outlets with useful insights based on the trillions of data points gathered via Adobe's enterprise software. Our findings regularly appear in print and on television across publications as varied as The New York Times, GMA and CNBC. We are redefining the worlds of commerce, economics, media, advertising and technology.

We are looking for someone to work with hundreds of top companies, offering them unique insight into their customers and the state of their industry that they cannot get anywhere else. What you'll Do

  • You will innovate. You will build new tools, provide new analyses, lead explorations of new data sets, and pilot new products and insights that will transform how clients think of Adobe
  • Combine these insights with additional data sources to showcase new trends, insights and stories
  • Present and discuss your findings with internal and external collaborators
  • Mine both structured and unstructured elements of digital performance and online ecommerce data to uncover trends and meaningful data points

What you need to succeed

  • Degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, information systems or other quantitative field where hypothesis testing, root cause analysis and the scientific method are emphasized (advanced degree preferred)
  • The ability to approach your work with a solutions-oriented attitude and stay productive in ambiguous circumstances
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and self-direction
  • Requires use of R, Python, SQL Server, Databricks
  • Experience with data visualization software and techniques
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and related APIs is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing performance measurement
  • Work experience in a leading technology company, strategy consulting organization, digital agency, or corporate marketing department
  • The ideal candidate will be familiar with data science modeling including both supervised and unsupervised statistical techniques
  • High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $107,900 -- $188,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
