Senior Analyst

The Role

The US Rates team is looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Liquidity Management group. The Senior Analyst will be exposed to all aspects of the business from customer integration to supporting sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn a new product on a growing team. 

How You'll Help Take Us There

• Manage and support customer liquidity onboardings and changes
• Collaborate with Sales teams to understand new customer operational needs and recommend ideal onboarding setups leveraging technology nuances of the platform. 
• Manage the process of developing and distributing standardized reporting on platform analytics internally and externally
• Support Liquidity Management team in configuring platform liquidity
• Work with product teams to develop differentiated products
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

What We’re Looking for  

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• 1+ years of experience in financial services industry
• Rudimentary understanding of electronic trading platforms
• Must be comfortable with data analysis
• Ability to present and propose new ideas internally and externally required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $75,000 USD to $85,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
