We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, SCMI to join us in Richmond, VA or we are open to remote work arrangements.

What you will be doing: • Lead consumer research to produce relevant consumer-centric insights that drive business performance• Establish relationships with cross-functional teams and serve as a critical thinking partner• Integrate consumer and marketplace data and analysis from multiple sources to provide significant business recommendations• Study human behavior and translate that into compelling stories that will help us better know and serve our adult consumers• Lead and develop project pipelines while working on multiple projects and priorities in constantly evolving environment• Collaborate across different internal and external departments

We want you to have:• A Master's Degree in Marketing Research• Two or more years of relevant professional experience (CPG industry or innovation experience a plus) • Experience with consumer research and an interest in marketplace analytics• Demonstrate curiosity, critical and strategic thinking skills• You are a results' driven teammate with a sound understanding and broad experience in analytical methods• Integrate multiple qualitative and quantitative data sources to provide key learning and measurable insights• Apply market research principles, business processes, and technologies to tackle problems• Experience on supplier side or management of suppliers a plus• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment• Consultative skills, and the courage and confidence to share your point of view• High level of proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint
