About the Role: The resource will be primarily responsible to publish the DSL and Cash balance reports; keep financial records organized and perform cash processing tasks.
What you’ll do:
▪ Work on the Daily Sales Report (DSL) and Cash Balance Report on daily basis

▪ Work in ERP system environment to apply customer payments

▪ On an ongoing basis and in a timely manner, accurately apply cash collections to the customer’s account using appropriate accounting and business management software

▪ Remittance advice reconciliations for all payments

▪ Ensure all payments are matched & allocated within agreed timelines

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce accounting

Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar role

MIS reporting background – highly preferred

Good analytical and critical thinking
