Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely processing of pharmaceutical manufacturers discount (rebates) based on contracts executed by Industry Relations
  • To complete daily, monthly (or quarterly) preliminary activities for this process to ensure correct Rebate billing
  • Utilizing WAC, New Drug /Market Basket report, Benefit design grid, creating Aggregate report to ensure appropriate billing
  • Setting billing parameters in RxMAX to capture contractual requirement and timely amendments
  • Running billing jobs in rebate billing system
  • Reviewing MAX 1332/ 1334/ 1370 report generated by system
  • Creating rebate invoice package and uploading to ECG portal
  • Coordinating with Industry leads (IRB/IRC) to track new contracts, changes in contracts
  • Perform Accounts Receivable Reporting (large client A/R listing and account management reporting)
  • Seek assistance from onshore billing partners to resolve billing issues; if any
  • Working with cash application team to review payments and creating adjustments to open invoices
  • Performing monthly validation to review any variance in system (RxMAX, CaRD and Oracle)
  • Timely preparation of reconciliation to resolve discrepancies between billing systems
  • Working with onshore on Exclusions, Pharma rejects reporting etc.
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Billing, customer AR reconciliations, Contract management, Disputes etc.
  • Intermediate (or higher) level of Microsoft Excel proficiency, including creating pivot tables for reporting purposes and completing V-lookups

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Commerce degree (B.com/M.com), Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Knowledge of RxMAX, CaRD, IDW experience, RxWeb, RxTrack etc.
  • Accounting/Billing background
  • Proven go-getter who is looking to grow within the organization
