Job Summary
The Senior Analyst Affiliate & Etail Marketing role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution and analysis of the Xfinity Residential and Xfinity Mobile Affiliate programs, as well as our third-party Etail sales channel. This individual will help shape program strategy, managing partner relationships to deliver maximum sales potential, in addition to leading program performance analysis and results interpretation. This team member will be expected to translate results into actionable recommendations and communicate those findings to various company stakeholders. The role will present exciting opportunities to inform key strategy and meaningful business decisions for a growing channel.

Our ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, driven performer with experience in partnerships, Affiliate marketing, communications, data analysis, and agency/vendor management. The candidate will have experience in partner recruitment and onboarding, and merchandising execution with an eye toward optimization. Collaboration in this role is critical, managing various stakeholders both internal and external to the business. This role will act as a partnership subject matter expert, with significant exposure across the organization.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Assist in Affiliate strategy execution to drive acquisition, conversion, and efficiencies
  • Analyze data and manage readouts, translating key metrics into thoughtful recommendations for enhanced performance
  • Lead data operations with platform partner, maintain regular health checks
  • Develop and present PowerPoint slides on program performance
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (ie. brand, ecommerce, search) to align with corporate messaging and merchandising opportunities
  • Independently represent the team to internal clients and stakeholders
  • Support Affiliate marketing ecosystem inclusive of commission models and contracts
  • Lead agency partners through merchandising and Affiliate communication tactics
  • Recruit, onboard and grow Affiliate relationships with agency support
  • Identify test & learn and overdrive opportunities to evolve Affiliates partnerships
  • Respond to escalations and manage audit and oversight process
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Education and Experience
Education Level - Bachelor's Degree or higher
Field of Study - Marketing, advertising, statistics, mathematics, business, or related field

Other Specific Skills
  • Expert-level competence in the core MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel (formulas, functions, charts, and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining acute attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
  • Skilled at developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders, team members, and cross-functional partners across the organization
  • Proven ability to logically translate and present analytical insights to key stakeholders
  • Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills
  • Hard-working, willing to learn, and eager to be part of an enthusiastic team
