Evolve is the largest tech-enabled, asset-light vacation rental management company in North America. We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Applications who has a passion for technology, continuous improvement and solution delivery. This role will be a trusted partner to Finance and Accounting, delivering and supporting the key technology used by those teams. You will do this in a culture that reminds us to learn every day… and also have some fun along the way!
What you’ll do
New Technology Capabilities & Technology Change Management
- Partner to deliver forward-thinking, scalable technology solutions, features and enhancements for Finance and Accounting with a key focus on data integrity.
- Ensure robust understanding of requirements, solution design, change management, testing, implementation and ongoing support/maintenance for Finance & Accounting technology needs.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with Finance & Accounting to understand business challenges and prioritize opportunities to address those challenges with technology.
- Partner with technology teams to understand and communicate impacts of technology changes to Finance and Accounting teams.
- Work with other technology teams to understand and communicate impacts of Finance and Accounting technology changes to other groups within Evolve.Â
Application Support & Maintenance
- Provide a first line of support system issues by proactively reporting, communicating and addressing system issues (working with internal teams and external vendors).
- Manage testing processes and release communications
- Ensure the right controls are in place to ensure reliable data and system performance
- Administer technology components such as user access and base configuration settings
- Become the expert in understanding and managing Finance & Accounting technology contracts, licensing, etc.
- Become a technical/IT expert in our Finance and Accounting systems, integrations and understanding impacts of changes
- Work with the IT and Security teams to address any security findings and understand/implement technology changes required to comply with PCI, SOX, Data Privacy, etc
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in information technology or application management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skillsÂ
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
- A sense of urgency and commitment to deliver without sacrificing quality or experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities while continuing to advance critical initiatives
- Self-assured and have a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to gain trust through effective communication and delivering on commitments
- Ability to explain technical information and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Driven by a fast-paced, energetic, results-oriented environment
- Experience supporting technology or delivering solutions for Finance and Accounting is a plus
- Experience with Sage Intacct, Expensify, Salesforce and/or Stripe preferred
Location
Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania.
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $84,000 to $96,000, depending on relevant experience.
Additional compensation details:
Equity: $25,000 of equivalent RSUs
