Summary:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in uncovering actionable insights, optimizing marketing campaigns, and driving data-informed decision-making processes. You will demonstrate your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and marketing analytics, which will be essential in shaping our B2B marketing strategies and achieving business objectives. You will provide guidance, training, and/or mentorship to other analysts and respective team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in manipulating, transforming, and analyzing large datasets using advanced data tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights

  • Demonstrated ability to identify trends, correlations, and patterns within data, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business strategies.

  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and customer segmentation.

  • Develop and maintain predictive models and algorithms to optimize targeting, segmentation, and customer acquisition efforts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and data engineering, to understand business objectives and design analytical solutions that support marketing initiatives.

  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information.

  • Manage multiple priorities, communicate business performance and project progress to management & business partners.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data for improving marketing effectiveness, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios

  • Consistently follow standard work processes and documentation requirements. Recommend improvement to work processes to increase efficiency while maintaining quality of work.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.

  • 5 of more years of experience required. Preferred advanced analytics, marketing analytics, or related fields, preferably within a B2B environment.

  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.

  • Strong proficiency in querying, organizing, and optimizing large databases, ensuring efficient data retrieval and analysis. Experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL

  • Solid understanding of marketing analytics concepts, including customer segmentation, campaign optimization, and ROI analysis.

  • Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics preferred.

  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, customer data platforms (CDP), and marketing automation tools is a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically to develop innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving measurable business impact through marketing analytics.

  • Understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to working with commercial and marketing data in a B2B environment.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
