We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst, Business Admin to join our Continuous Improvement team. Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise. This role is located in Liverpool - Hybrid working.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

KYC
  • KYC administration of underlying PEP due diligence
  • Monitoring of outsourced KYC reviews, tracking monthly metrics
  • Preparation of summary report for Exec Committee
  • Ownership of KYC folders & data providing information for data requests as and when required
Sanctions
  • Cover for Market Maker Screening/General sanctions alerts
Regulatory
  • T&C scheme administration
  • Consumer Duty
  • Data governance and retention
Development request process
  • Assistance with collation, reporting and monitoring of Operations request
Branding
  • Client stationery logo and disclaimer administration for financial reports
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Must have strong experience of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. Intermediate/Advanced skills required.
  • Experience of writing and producing documentation of a management standard and running small projects/responsibilities independently.
  • Must be well organised, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and therefore manage priorities, establish and meet deadlines.
  • Must be proactive regarding planning, organising and scheduling work.
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • A solid background of project/administrative experience.
