Click’s lead prescription program has entered a pivotal, fully remote, randomized, controlled trial on the Verily platform for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) in up to 540 adults. Click is progressing a broad pipeline of Digital Therapeutics™ across a variety of high-burden therapeutic areas, including MDD, Schizophrenia, Migraine, Chronic Pain, Atopic Dermatitis, Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), Obesity and more.
About the Role:
The Senior Analyst on the Commercial Team plays a key role in defining, improving, and scaling commercial operations at Click. They will report to the Vice President of Commercial Excellence and will work closely with the Associate Director, Commercial Excellence and cross-functionally across the Commercial Team as we look to build our organization. Ultimately, the Senior Analyst will support and/or lead the successful implementation of product commercialization tasks to support Click’s ability to sell in a relatively ambiguous market. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who has a passion for tackling a wide breadth of challenges and finding unique solutions to problems. This is an agile position within a rapidly growing pre-IPO company in a nascent and fast-growing space. Generally positions at Click can be on-site, remote or hybrid (an optimal combination of remote and on-site). Our headquarters is located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We also have dedicated spaces in central Miami, San Francisco, and Boston, and, in addition, via our partnership with Industrious, any Click employee can access co-working locations nationally.

Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial activities for Click’s first PDT launch such as outlining and implementing go-to-market sales strategies and building a distribution strategy specific to PDT commercialization.
- Work as an internal consultant to Commercial team leadership (Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Market Access) with special projects and/or building presentations for leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships with Product, Commercial, Strategy, and Science teams while launching PDTs.
- Support the build of Click’s overall Commercial function by creating dashboards to report to leadership, gathering requirements on building cross-functional processes, and working with Product, Science and Evidence teams to integrate commercial processes into the PDT build.
- Develop the team’s budget tracking tool and associated KPIs.
- Support the management of the Commercial team’s budget and hiring processes including tracking of spend and supporting the onboarding of new team members.
- Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to building projections, constructing presentations, designing implementation plans, or conducting analytics on an ad-hoc basis as needed.
- Be willing to learn about marketing, market access, sales enablement functions to support the commercialization of a PDT.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of a 4-year degree program from a top-tier university with a strong academic track record.
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, corporate development, or a similar role, preferably from a top-tier consultancy, growth startup, or premier corporation.
- Proven success in bringing ideas to life.
- Ability to “see the bigger picture” and understand the business needs and objectives of multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant business skills such as forecasting/modeling, process mapping, data analysis, project management and relationship building.
- Superb organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; clear and crisp cross-functional communication is key for this role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Confidence to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically to bridge knowledge gaps across different teams.
- Eagerness to learn and play a key role in shaping the Commercial team at Click.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with external analytical tools and systems, including but not limited to business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, etc.)
- Background in digital therapeutics, digital health, health technology, and/or behavioral health (interest in these topics is required)
- Vendor management.
- Understanding of Life Sciences / Pharma Marketing.
- Understanding of FDA, Pharmaceutical Market Access and Payer Functions.
