- Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts, conferring with customers who contact the organization by telephone or electronically. Provide information about products or services, enter customer orders, discuss customer accounts, and obtain and address customer complaints. Maintain a customer-first business mentality
- Prioritize and manage multiple Customer requests and inquiries efficiently. Ensure that all customer requests are handled with the utmost professionalism and within a timely manner
- Coordinate with necessary departments to solve customer inquiries and drive to a satisfactory resolution
- Work closely with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or other personnel to expedite or trace shipments
- Monitor customer orders utilizing various reporting tools
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts as assigned
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally to visit customer sites up to 20% of the time
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
- Experience with supply chain process in a warehouse environment
- Experience participating in and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with SAP and Excel
- Aerospace or equivalent manufacturing industry experience
