The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining loan servicing and reporting systems, as well as leading, developing or performing sophisticated data analysis and data management.

• Develops and presents accurate and relevant data analysis
• Writes scripts and stored procedures
• Develops and maintains data transformations
• Provides technical support and quality assurance for Data Analyst I - III positions
• Design, rollout, and maintain testing and audit procedures
• Leads system testing
• Leads and/or implements data conversions, including but not limited to project management, data mapping and validation, and release support
• Ensures compliance by performing or leading system and/or user audits
• Develops and leads training for software updates and portfolio conversions
• Provides on call support for loan servicing and reporting systems
• Finishes the required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
• Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skills required
• MS SQL knowledge required (versions 2012 or forward) including basic SSIS
• Crystal Reports knowledge preferred
• Intermediate TSQL skills required
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data
• Ability to make timely and accurate decisions in an often autonomous and stressful environment
• Intermediate Hyperion IR or related querying software skills preferred
• Technical writing skills preferred
