About the role:

GoHealth seeks a Senior Analyst to join its Digital Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for using a combination of business intuition and analytics to provide the digital team with actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and maximize company-wide value. You’ll focus on analyzing, verifying, tracking, and reporting on marketing activities and exploring channel trends and opportunities. You’ll be responding to the live needs of the business and helping to solve problems and answer questions as they arise. Due to the dynamic nature of the Marketing team and this role, we seek entrepreneurial candidates with an ability to derive analytical insights from a variety of business contexts.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand GoHealth’s business processes, including the role each business unit plays in supporting the company’s ultimate objectives.
  • Dives into platform-specific, digital advertising KPIs to draw conclusions and supplement marketing funnel data to help the digital marketing team refine investment strategies.
  • Analyzes marketing business insights to support initiatives and improve channel performance.
  • Optimize campaign performance at a granular level by evaluating return on ad spend and reconciling it with forecasted performance expectations.
  • Designs, creates, and distributes regular analytics dashboards and reports, as well as meaningful KPIs at all levels, including executive summaries and detailed channel performance reports.
  • Collaborate with leaders to understand key value drivers and challenges within their business unites and determine the key metrics and insights that can help improve performance as a result.
  • Develop a method that assists the digital team with proper forecasting and understanding the financial conditions using historical and current performance.
  • Provide new and creative insights to business leaders through a combination of descriptive and diagnostic analytics.
  • Test hypotheses across functions using measurable, statistically significant methods to evaluate best performing strategies.
  • Synthesize raw data into digestible and actionable information.
  • Continually think of new ways that data-based insights can help support GoHealth.

What we’re looking for:

  • BS or BA degree in business, economics, finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of related experience in an internship or full-time role guiding strategic decision-making using analytics; exposure to digital marketing ecosystem a plus.
  • Ability to take insights and turn them into actionable steps that can drive business value.
  • Effective verbal and written communication with ability to explain complex concepts to colleagues with varying degrees of analytical knowledge and digital orientation.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
