We're seeking a future team member in the role of Senior Analyst, ESG Screening . Hybrid based from one of our offices in Wilmington, DE

What You Will Do:

The Center of Excellence Environmental Social Governance Screening Unit (COE ESG SU) performs screening for new business and monitor existing relationship for ESG risks. Team members will leverage online tools, independent research or collaborates directly with the relationship managers. Upload documents to existing client profiles when needed. Assist with administrative tasks when applicable. Communicate with internal stakeholders for information gathering purposes, as needed. Contribute to the achievement of team goals. No direct reports.
  • Meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Analyze and summarizing articles to include all salient points while introducing addition information from open source as needed.
  • Providing key takeaways/potential impacts from reviewed material.
  • Escalating identified risks
  • Proper documentation to substantiate dispositions
  • Adherence to guidance around screening logic
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in compliance, screening, AML, ESG , fraud or law preferred
