Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst position is a strategic business partner primarily supporting the PlastiComp business in addition to the Specialty Engineered Materials business. The position is the finance lead for the PlastiComp business and is responsible for financial reporting & analysis, forecasting, and supporting the other functions on profitability analyses and pricing.

Essential Functions

• Prepares accurate and timely financial reporting, including working capital and forecasting reports in support of business reviews or decision-making assessments.
• Interprets financial results and provides recommendations for business segment.
• Provides leadership and training on key financial and business segment initiatives.
• Responsible for day to day accounting activities for the PlastiComp business including, but not excluded to, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury activities.
• Works across all levels of the business providing support and leadership to the other functions to assist in key decision-making.
• Has a continuous improvement mindset seeking out opportunities to create efficiencies in current processes and standard reporting / tools.
• Will play a key role in our annual planning processes working directly with the leaders in the business during our strategic planning and budget cycles.
• Special projects/duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in finance, accounting and financial analysis
• Hyperion Financial Management, SAP and Data visualization software (Tableau)
