PRIMARY PURPOSE:
It is the primary responsibility of the Senior Financial Analyst to execute on ongoing and ad hoc analysis related to the optimization of multiple components of business operations. This position will focus on using analysis and data to enhance decision making for the organization. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of investor relations strategy (including maintenance of investor database, investor presentation, maintenance of public investor website, managing non-deal roadshow and conference schedules and regular investor targeting analysis) and make recommendations to CEO and CFO.
- Create integrated financial and valuation models for the purpose of evaluating strategic opportunities.
- Evaluate financial models and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets and recommend courses of action.
- Support management in preparing management presentations, Board presentations and follow up analysis for all internal and external corporate events, including quarterly earnings calls, shareholder meeting and Board meetings.
- Support management in developing operating budgets, forecasts and other financial analyses related to undertaking new projects, acquisitions, divestitures and financings.
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and other resources to ensure priorities and resources are aligned to achieve financial objectives.
- Partner with key departments to generate and distribute relevant information; present and communicate important information and insights to stakeholders as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field; or equivalent education and experience.
- At least three (3) years of experience in a financial analysis role or a related field.
PREFERRED:
- Previous experience real estate investment organization or in financial planning & analysis.
- Familiarity with casino gaming, hotel, convention, dining, entertainment and retail industries.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
