The Role: 

This highly dynamic team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) who will report to the VP, FP&A. This role will have broad financial planning, management reporting, analysis, and business partnership responsibilities. The FP&A team works closely with the CFO, the Executive Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors to develop operating plans and multi-year strategic planning scenarios. Additionally, the FP&A team contributes broadly within finance, including preparing for and executing equity offerings. The role is responsible for providing timely and accurate financial guidance and analytics to all levels of business partners to inform key decision-making in pursuit of the company’s financial and operational objectives.

As part of the broader financial team at Immunovant, this role will have opportunities for organic learning and development across multiple areas including clinical development and operations, CMC, Investor Relations, Accounting, SEC Reporting, and Commercial, as important stakeholders. We are a small but mighty team, ensuring that our business partners are enabled to do their very best work in the interest of our potential patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with business partners, this individual will own development and monitoring of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and month-end reporting of actual results for certain business areas
  • Establish meaningful, timely reports, analytics, and financial reviews that support business area leaders and enable execution of their priorities
  • Support VP, FP&A with
    • Financing and business development projects, including maintenance of our virtual data room
    • Comprehensive multi-year strategic, financial plan and scenario modeling including summarizations to the Board of Directors and executive leadership
    • Preparation for board and shareholder meetings, periodic executive leadership team meetings, and various strategic initiatives of the company, 
  • Support VP, Investor Relations with wide ranging analyses for internal and external audiences
  • Develop ad hoc analyses and simple, useful models to inform the finance leadership team
  • Provide analysis and decision support that allows management to evaluate alternatives, make fact-based decisions, and evaluate the consequences of decisions
  • Provide solutions-oriented counsel to finance leadership regarding key decisions and priorities
  • Understand and facilitate the integration of business processes, people, and relevant technology, to identify, configure, and communicate useful information, and to provide practical business counsel to support business partners across the company

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, and / or consulting roles
  • Highly motivated with a solutions-oriented, can-do attitude
  • Willing to jump in and tackle big and small jobs, as needed
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills in a virtual working environment
  • Strong learning agility, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel and complex modeling skills
  • Ability to distill complex models and analysis into simple, impactful take-aways
  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing results
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and develop solutions for new problems as they arise
  • BA or BS degree required

Preferred:

  • Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry, including through banking and consulting
  • Experience with Adaptive and NetSuite and other reporting tools.

  • Domestic or international travel are required 10%

Compensation is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k and other benefits, including unlimited paid time off and parental leave. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000.00-$110,000.00.
