About the role: The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis, will join the FP&A function at GoHealth. As a new public company, we are adding additional resources to a growing FP&A team. You will be focused on short-term and long term financial planning of the business along with supporting business leaders by providing operational reporting, developing and updating financial models, and producing detailed financial analyses. You will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

About the team: The FP&A team is the primary budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting function within GoHealth. The team is comprised of thoughtful and creative finance leaders that work cross-functionally with the business to identify and analyze past trends, provide real-time operational and financial insights, and help shape forward looking strategic objectives of the business.

What you’ll do:

• You will partner with members throughout the organization to understand all aspects of GoHealth’s business resulting in improved forecasting processes, visibility into the company performance and leading KPI tracking and measurement
• Design, build, and maintain financial models to analyze and track performance of existing programs as well as new strategic opportunities
• Support aspects of the annual operating plan and periodic reforecasting process which will include revenue, cost of revenue, operating expense and shared service expense planning
• Participate in process improvement plans to gain efficiencies and improve accuracy across all FP&A functions as well as broader finance functions
• Partner on daily, weekly and monthly reporting and the analysis of that financial information across all areas of the business identifying operational or performance concerns and causes

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a high growth or fast-paced environment (Investment banking or public accounting experience is a plus)
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills (3 statement modeling is a plus)
• High proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PPT applications
• Relationship builder who knows how to identify opportunities or problems
• Ability to present and explain complex information to diverse audiences
