Job Description:
The Analyst, Global IT SOX will have a good understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley and general understanding of IT General Control and IT Application Control experience across a variety of applications and infrastructures. This role requires the ability to effectively and efficiently execute high quality testing and collaborate closely with team members. The Analyst will have experience in execution, concluding, reporting, issue management, and process improvement related to IT SOX. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple high priority work streams. Additionally, the Analyst will have experience in collaborating with the team and management in the identification and implementation of innovative solutions to automate and streamline audit related tasks.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Participate in the planning, scoping, risk assessment, execution, documentation, and concluding of all IT General Control and IT Application Control testing related to IT SOX.
- Prepare clear and concise testing documentation in accordance with team methodologies and ensure the work performed supports conclusions drawn.
- Perform peer reviews of work papers and evidence produced by fellow team members.
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal SOX group.
- Provide guidance to IT and business stakeholders.
- Identify mitigating controls and procedures to effectively mitigate deficiencies.
- Assist with control remediation following identification of issues.
- Reduce redundant testing, anticipate future team needs, and continue the adoption of newer audit techniques to streamline the process.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology (degree in Accounting or Finance will be considered with IT SOX professional experience).
- Two+ years of IT SOX experience.
- Experience with Big 4 firm highly preferred.
- CISA certification preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of IT SOX requirements.
- Ability to operate when requirements are not clear and to identify solutions to problemsโข Detail oriented but able to understand the big picture.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$78,300.00 - $132,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
