Job Overview

The HRIS & Data Analytics Senior Analyst manages data sources and platforms ensuring data integrity of employee information and analytics. Works with others on the Human Resource team, vendor, and/or internal systems staff to design new or modify existing human resource information systems.

Generates and distributes a variety of reports and statistical summaries related to scorecards, performance metrics, DEI, and workforce planning. Recommends new software in support of HR and organization objectives. Responsible for the oversight and maintenance of HR System security.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS System Management

  • Manages and performs HR system back-end configuration, testing and execution for Performance Management and Compensation programs
  • Oversees the integrity of HR data; develops continual process for performing quality data audit and analysis, including troubleshoots irregularities by researching and correcting discrepancies, collaborates with HR team to recommend process/procedure improvements, and ensuring compliance
  • Acts as security administrator managing controls of HR systems and shared drive folders, including HR team member access
  • Maintains and documents internal process documentation related to all ADP processes.
  • Creates processes to ensure appropriate approvals and data entry.
  • Provides technical support in the customization, data mapping, implementation, new configurations, outgoing/incoming system interfaces ((two-way file feeds, etc.) with HR vendors
  • Owns content layout and updates on the HR page on the intranet
  • Oversees data mapping/conversion file imports, updates, and exports for acquisitions

Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Develops scalable analytical approach and delivers data insight related to DEI and Strategic Workforce Planning; May translates data insight using creative methods (such as data visualization, roadmaps, etc.) to tell a holistic story in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Analyzes tools to improve processes (Power BI, etc.)

Experience and Skills

  • Five (5) plus years of experience in human resources, specifically in HRIS or Data function, or analytics and database administration supporting Human Resources

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
