As the Senior Analyst, Intercompany, you will be responsible for auditing and identifying issues on freight invoices and bills of lading. Become a part of our fast-growing, dynamic team and we'll help you develop your career to a level that will exceed your expectations.

Please note that this position is in scope to transition to the brokered transportation services company that will be created with the planned separation of XPO's North American Transportation business from its less-than-truckload (LTL) business. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Oversee implementation of various intercompany process improvement initiatives

• Audit freight invoices by interpreting and applying customer contracts
• Validate system data for accuracy of customer contracts
• Research, analyze, and identify issues and errors on freight invoices and bills of lading; collaborating with internal and external parties as needed to resolve issues
• Root cause analysis of uncollected AR
• Account maintenance to add, change, delete or re-associate customer name and address records or to add, change or delete customer data elements and attributes
• Coordinate with Consolidations regarding Intercompany eliminations and reporting
• Support tax and statutory reporting with foreign statutory audits, and provide the necessary support for US GAAP audits

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of experience resolving cross-functional intercompany balances

It'd be great if you also have:

• Carrier/Customer contract auditing and accounts receivable experience
• Experience in the Transportation industry
• Broad range of network and desktop knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, programs, most specifically Excel and various XPO operating systems (Oracle, HRC)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Highly organized with proven ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
• Demonstrated analytical skills; ability to effectively identify and resolve problems
