Job Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Director - Investor Relations, the Sr. Analyst Investor Relations is responsible for developing and managing relationships with investors and the sell-side analyst community to ensure Altice USA is effectively positioned with current and potential equity and debt investors and analysts to expand the shareholder base, identify new potential sources of capital, and set expectations for future performance.
Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Dir, IR in the development and implementation of a proactive investor engagement strategy that ensure AUSA's business strategy is understood by the investor community
• Research, analyze, and provide insights on appropriate investor targets
• Analyze sell-side research reports, provide insights, and maintain detailed database of consensus estimates
• Compile and maintain company and peer benchmarking analysis of valuation, financial and operational metrics, including peer-company earnings reviews
• Support the modeling of AUSA's capital position and profile through quantitative analysis of capital generation and deployment, and strategic impact of new business opportunities
• Support the preparation activities for quarterly earnings calls, including drafting of earnings releases and earnings call and Q&A script
• Conduct targeted research by analyzing and summarizing financial as well as operational information about our industry, company, and competitors
• Coordinate with external and internal participants on logistics for investor conferences, meetings, and other related events
• Support and contribute to the development of press releases, regulatory filings, annual reports, and targeted investor communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. MBA preferred
• 4+ years of related industry experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance and/or investment banking
• Understanding of capital markets and finance and strong business acumen
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to, collaborate with, and build effective business partnerships at senior levels of the organization
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $75,750.00 - $121,199.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
