Seeking a highly organized, motivated, and intellectually curious individual to become the third member on ADI's highly ranked Investor Relations Team. An ideal candidate will showcase the ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, possess a fundamental understanding of financial statements, and exhibit a passion for investing.

Curiosity, interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm to take on a steep learning curve is very important. Pushing for continued improvement in how the external investment community views and understands ADI's story and its future is at the core of this role.

Job Description:

  • Acquire company and industry level domain knowledge
  • Develop strong understanding of competitors and communicate key findings across the organization
  • Manage Investor Relations inbox and voicemail
  • Maintain IR website, ensuring required updates are executed through collaboration with external vendors
  • Assist on all quarterly earnings materials, including but not limited to press release, script, Q&A, supplemental financials
  • Coordinate and manage quarterly investor marketing campaigns
  • Develop and improve on external investor messaging
  • Analyze current investor ownership and develop targeting strategies
  • Work closely with executive team, finance, and business unit professionals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Business
  • 0-3+ years of relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of financial statements; balance sheet, cash flow, and income statement
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with senior management and external shareholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Passion for the stock market and investing
  • Eagerness to learn about the semiconductor industry
  • Willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
