The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and pursue supplier innovation and optimization opportunities across a global complex organization, to enhance OneTech business capabilities and competitiveness.

Reporting to the Manager, the person in this role will support the OneTech Business Operation department's values:

  • Be a valued partner by taking a customer-first approach based on integrity, transparency, and respect for people.
  • Deliver strategic value that supports OneTech business goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and best practices in the critical areas that matter most to the customer and supplier.
  • Regularly collaborate with other key TMNA stakeholders to gain insight and perspective.

What you'll be doing

  • Guide and direct contract terms and conditions with strategic suppliers.
  • Develop and propose product and service portfolio strategies.
  • Manage contract renewals timely, by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and approvals.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of contract renewals, sourcing events, and master agreements with senior management.
  • Analyze and report on supplier performance, continuous improvements, innovations, and optimizations.
  • Address and oversee the resolution of supplier problems.
  • Ensure all contract terms, conditions, and strategies follow company policies and legal requirements.
  • Engage in research and benchmarking projects to evaluate and understand industry trends and new technologies.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong internal and external connections to create a partnership pathway.

Qualification Section

What you bring

  • 2-3 years of deep, broad knowledge and experience in negotiating and managing large-scale agreements with major Product Vendors like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Oracle, SAP, or other large-scale HS, SW, or SAAS vendors.
  • 2-3 years of vendor management and procurement principles and practices for IT companies
  • 2-3 years of experience in Information Technology, IT procurement, or another technical environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Added bonus if you have

  • 5-7 years of deep and broad knowledge and experience in negotiating and managing large-scale agreements with major Product Vendors like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Oracle, SAP, or other large-scale HS, SW, or SAAS vendors.
  • 5-7 years of vendor management and procurement principles and practices for IT companies
  • MBA, master's in supply chain, or equivalent
