Remote with project locations: Arlington, VA, Wright Patterson AFB - Ohio, Naval Air Station - Patuxent River, MD

Required Experience:

-7 years+ of consulting and industry focus experience

-Bachelor's degree in related field

- Understanding business needs, managing delivery issues and outlining project work plans and deliverables.

-Review engagement scope for consistency, formulating project definition, isolating success factors, aligning firm client objectives,

-Administering project work plans, experience with system design and technical solutions.

-Maintain consistent communications with project team and provides technical direction and experience.

-Assumes responsibility for proper implementation of business solutions and overall project performance. Conducts Analysis of delivery problems and develops creative solutions and recommendations.

-Perform organizational assessments, program audits, and evaluations, system alignment and process and productivity improvement.

• DoD cost analysis experience or related experience required
• Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge and experience with Excel.
• Must be extremely proficient with Excel including regression, pivot tables, and complex functions and references.
• US Citizenship and current Secret Clearance required

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide total cost support to the Government customer.
• Operate as part of an integrated product team working closely with engineers and logisticians to formulate system cost estimates to be used in developing, acquiring, and supporting affordable Naval Aviation Systems.

• Create cost models, cost estimation, EVMS & scheduling to support Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Program Office Estimates (POEs), budget drills and other cost modeling as required.
• Able to analyze and understand existing cost models to incorporate updates. Perform detailed cost analysis of large contractor proposals and experience working with large BOMs, CSDRs and negotiation support is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and responsive with quality cost support in a fast-paced program office environment.
