Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics

About the Role:
As a member of the Marketing Analytics team, this role will own and support a wide range of analytics-based processes to deliver long-term growth and business improvements across all acquisitions channels. You'll use data and business performance monitoring to plan, build, and implement tests, new strategies, and new initiatives that aim to promote growth and achieve growth targets. You'll work cross functionally – helping marketing, product, risk, operations, and finance, as well as with external partners – to collaboratively improve growth and profitability by applying analytical frameworks to achieve optimal and desired results.Â
What You’ll Do:Â
- Analyze performance of all acquisition channels and provide recommendations for funnel improvement and optimization
- Build and automate reports and effectively communicate insights with internal business leaders and external partners
- Design, implement, and monitor tests to improve business performance
- Work closely with credit and data science teams to design growth and loss mitigation policies
- Partner with technology and product teams to ensure new strategies are implemented accurately and as designed
- Perform ad-hoc data analyses
What We Look For:
- 3+ years in an analytics role at a financial institution (FinTech lender experience preferred)Â Â
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree with quantitative background (e.g. Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics)
- Proficient with data analysis tools (SQL, SAS, R, or Python), experience with data reporting / visualization software such as Tableau a plus
- Detail oriented and strong analytic skill set
- Proactive, driven, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
