Senior Analyst, Office of the CEO

SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking a highly motivated and growth-driven Senior Analyst to partner with the Chief of Staff in support of SageSure’s CEO and senior executive team. The role provides an opportunity to make an impact on the continued growth of the business through daily exposure to the CEO and involvement in business development, M&A, financial planning, strategy, and partner initiatives. Candidates for this high-exposure role should have very strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.Â
What you’d be doing:Â
- Support Chief of Staff with planning, coordination, and tracking of key strategic initiatives driven by the CEO.Â
- Own the tracking of key strategic initiatives identified by the CEO, and report on status, next steps, risk, project health, etc. Â
- Support Chief of Staff with storyline writing and creation of presentation materials for all key CEO meetings, including those with Fortune 500 Partners, Reinsurers, Investors, SageSure’s Board of Advisors, and Carriers. Â
- Conducts critical and time-sensitive research relevant to CEO, including industry news, market analysis and competitor insights for CEO review. Â
- Responsible for ownership of and coordination of cross-functional initiatives. Â
- Owns or supports other time-sensitive requests on an as-needed basis. Â
We’re looking for someone who has:Â
- Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgement. Â
- Must be available outside of normal (9-5) working hours when critical deadlines are required. Â
- B.S. Degree in, or has experience working in, financial services, accounting, economics, or other related fields. Â
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining lists/dates/deadlines. Â
- Ability to take comprehensive and detailed notes and catalog in an organized manner for quick reference by the CEO & Chief of Staff. Â
- Must have strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (formatting of presentations, creating exhibits, etc.).
- Must have a strong desire to autonomously own challenging tasks without fear of failure.  Â
Highly preferred candidates also have:Â
- A minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience.
- Insurance knowledge/experience.
