TITLE: Senior Analyst, Operations Analytics

JOB LOCATION: 2330 Utah Avenue Suite 200 El Segundo CA 90245 + fully remote

DUTIES: Evaluate and analyze results relative to expectations. Understand, explain, and communicate variances and adapt solutions to reflect emerging insights. Participate in initiatives to drive operational performance and strategic objectives. Generate ad hoc analyses, tailor outputs to stakeholders, communicate insights effectively. Support VP of Operations, Director of Operations, and Practice President. Use SQL to pull, clean, and filter data for analysis. Maintain suite of operational dashboards on various BI platforms (i.e., Tableau, Power BI). Proactively develop new dashboards and other analytical tools to support Practice operations. Coordinate with data warehouse, IT, and other teams to ensure and maintain integrity of data that feeds the operational dashboards and problem solve any emerging issues. Position is fully remote but will report to El Segundo, CA office.

REQUIREMENTS: Must have Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related plus t wo years of professional experience utilizing Excel reporting, PowerPoint and visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI as well as two years working within a coding environment such as SQL/R/SAS/Python.

SALARY: $75,000-$95,000 HOURS: Full Time
