We’re seeking an analytical, driven and results­-oriented individual to join the Partnerships Analytics team. This role will report directly to the Director II, Partnership Analytics. In this role, you will use your analytical and strategic experience to create data-driven business recommendations that develop and deepen relations with our Credit Card and Personal Loan partners, ranging from startup fintechs to the largest financial institutions in the world. This role has high­ visibility and will contribute meaningfully to Credit Karma’s revenue growth.

As one of the core members of the partner analytics function, you’ll contribute to building out frameworks for evaluating decisions and help shape a function uniquely suited to the challenges and demands of our department. And you’ll do all of this within a high­ growth technology company whose mission is making financial progress possible for Credit Karma's members.

What you'll do:
  • Leverage internal and external data to develop business recommendations that generate value for Credit Karma and our partners
  • Design and build performance dashboards to measure the health and risks of our business
  • Unlike some analytics functions, you are not a service provider. You’re a thought leader to the business, presenting fact based recommendations that drive the Credit Karma business forward
  • Success in the role will correlate closely to your ability to influence business decisions and identify opportunities for growth or improvement
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in math, data science, engineering, business, marketing, finance, or economics from an accredited college or university
  • 3-5 years of financial services, consulting or a similar strategic or analytical experience, OR 1+ years similar experience with a Masters degree in the fields referenced above
  • 1+ years working in the fintech industry (preferably for a consumer lending company)
  • Proficient in SQL/Python 
  • Familiarity with credit bureau data

  • Able to quickly understand our partner ecosystem and use that knowledge to advance the goals of our partners and our business
  • Both curious and creative, consisting seeking out ways to improve our partnerships and business
  • Ability to work cross functionally and assert influence internally/externally
  • Team player that doesn’t view fun and work as mutually exclusive
