What We Need
The People Operations team at 2K is looking for a high-performing, analytical individual to help manage key operational initiatives across the business related to our People Operations & Strategy, HR, and Finance. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to perform key analyses around our People and Data, and will distill complex data into clear, actionable reporting with the ability to make recommendations to senior leadership.Â
What You Will Do
Performs rigorous analysis around our People and Organization to inform strategic and operating decisions for the organization
Design and develops people operations processes focused on continuous improvement, efficiency, and data integrity
Initiates, collaborates, iterates, and communicates cross functionally with People Ops/HR, Finance, and T2 corporate business teams to drive and manage projects.
Turn analysis performed into synthesized reporting, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate information to Executive Stakeholders
Help define standard methodologies for data governance and integrity across our People systems
Acts as HRIS super user, partners with corporate HRIS and Analytics team on reporting and data management projects, systems processes, improvements, trainings, and documentation
What Will Make You a Great Fit Â
6+ years’ in a HR/People Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Consulting, or other relevant business roleÂ
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets- particularly in analyzing and summarizing large data sets, and managing ongoing reporting
Experience in data visualization and dashboarding in Powerpoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets, and other relevant tools
Competency in continuous improvement of our people systems and processes
Solid business acumen, with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how People Strategy impacts 2K’s broader Strategy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $105,000 and $160,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
