Job Overview

The Senior Power BI Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports. The role collaborates with various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver high-quality visualizations that support business goals. The position’s expertise in data analysis and visualization will help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Connect to various data sources, including SQL databases, Excel files, and cloud services, to aggregate and transform data for analysis.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create visually compelling and user-friendly reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and trends.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity, ensuring reports are error-free and meet the highest quality standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.

Requirements/Skills

• 5+ years of experience with data warehouse modeling
• Practical experience with SQL script writing
• Python development skills (3+ years, focused on API communication, Pandas and Scikit Learn)
• Experience in PowerApps, SSIS, or PowerBI development
• Strong English communication (both verbal and written) *
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good organization and project management skills. Experience with Agile, preferred
• FMCG/Retail experience, preferred
