What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.
Accountabilities
- Support the Retail Class of Trade (COT) with any escalations, reporting, or process development needed to reduce discrepancies for our customers
- Use analytical tools and processes to root cause problem solve pricing and contracting disputes
- Leverage proactive tools and analytics to identify and correct issues before they happen
- Develop customer specific process improvement
- Work cross functionally with teams across the organization to problem solve complex issues
- Support the broader team with process issues, projects, and other key initiatives
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience
- BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
- Strong communication skills
- Strong command of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
